How long will it take to settle a transaction?

Transactions are settled within 2 working days as of the date they are made.

In what language is the client portal accessible?

The portal is currently accessible in 3 language versions – Czech, English and Hungarian

In what formats do you offer payment statements?

We offer monthly statements in PDF format to merchants which can be downloaded from the client portal. We also make it possible to send data files in TXT format

How can I report a change, e.g. address or bank account number?

Please download the change form from this website, fill it in and send it by email to ugyfelszolgalat@globalpay.hu, or by letter to the company’s registered office.

How can I register in the client portal? Is there a registration charge?

Registration in the client portal is completely free of charge and can be done simply via www.gpnmerchant.hu. To register you must enter your merchant number which you will find in the letter confirming the conclusion of the agreement on the acceptance of payment cards. If you have any issues creating your account, or do not cannot find your merchant number, call us on +36 1 324 2248.

How often can I obtain PDF statements?

You can obtain statements on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The standard setting is on a monthly basis. You can request a change by e-mail at ugyfelszolgalat@globalpay.hu, or by calling the customer line +36 1 324 2248.

I've forgotten the password or blocked the access to the client portal?

We will gladly help you to unblock your account or generate a new password. Send your request by e-mail to ugyfelszolgalat@globalpay.hu, or call us at +36 1 324 2248.

What is a data file?

The data file is one option of how to obtain a transaction and payment statement. Data files are files in VDAT (or TXT) format and are preferentially used for further processing in electronic form

Can I also receive data files? What are the implementation charges?

If you need to obtain a data file, write to us at ugyfelszolgalat@globalpay.hu, or call us at +36 1 324 2248. This service is free of charge and we will be happy to arrange it for you: There are two ways of sending data files: a.) Accessing data files at sFTP of Global Payments b.) Electronically sent files encrypted by PGP software

How to settle the debit balance?

The current debit balance can be settled by sending the required payment (net payment) to the Global Payments Europe account 11600006-00000000-66887724. Do not forget to enter the 10-digit number in the variable symbol of your merchant point at which the debit balance arose. If you do not settle your debt by payment transfer, we will automatically deduct it from your next transactions made by payment cards.
